Prom.

I have been looking forward to this day ever since I was a child.

I couldn't wait till my senior year of high school so I could go with my boyfriend or anyone who would ask me.

I have already planned this day ever since I was a kid, wearing the perfect dress, having the perfect hair and shoe.

And most importantly my mom helping me get ready for my prom.

But now I don't think I want to go. The giddiness and happiness I was supposed to have wasn't there anymore.

It all vanished into thin air.

My mom was supposed to be here, helping me get dressed and taking pictures of me.

My dad is also supposed to be here happy but still annoyed at the fact that a boy is taking me out and I won't be back till the next morning.

But I have none,both parents gone,one dead and the other not giving two fucks about me.

My dad doesn't care about me anymore,he was all I have left in this world but he abandoned me just like that.
