“So class that is the end of the lesson. Your next teacher is going to come soon. Don't forget to discuss the next topic among yourselves.” The female teacher, Mrs Lawrence, said and walked out of the class.

The students began to chatter among one another and I was not in any mood for any talks so I picked the novel I had gotten from a bookstore nearly and focused on it.

A familiar scent hit my nostrils and I let out a frustrated sigh.

“What kind of smutty book are you reading in class?” She questioned me and I gave her a blank stare.

“What is it you want, Sam?” I asked her, my voice coated with venom.

She arched a brow and smiled.

I wonder why she was not terrified as a human and maybe she has her own secret or maybe not. She seemed too ordinary to have anything going on under her sleeve.

“Concerning the party, I did not like the way to chose that bitch over me.” She said.
