The soft repeated pelting of raindrops on the rooftop provided such a serene atmosphere — Michelle was so reluctant to awaken.

Here in the Alpha King's chamber, and on his freakishly large bed, she laid, sleeping soundly. There was a slight redness of her eyes, but compared to last night, this was nothing.
