Chapter 43 - Chaos
Lunaya.
The change was upon me. One more push and my wolf will be tearing them to shreds. The boy snarled and dropped his arms, his stance was ready to attack. Alyse growled from beside me and Cleo from behind me. This wasn’t going to end well for these Weres. Before I got the chance to attack, the boy shot up straight and turned to face the forest. The pending fight with me and my crew was lost, and his attention was now elsewhere.
The breeze crawled up the back of my neck, my skin once again broke out in goosebumps and I felt the prickle of electricity on my skin. That same voice called to me again. ‘Go to her’. The boy whipped around, his eyes meeting mine. A look of terror filled his face. Oh no. He took off for the trees, changing into his chocolate brown wolf in an instant. Half of the other Weres followed closely behind him.
