Kane

The air was tense, thick with a blend of anger and confrontation. Jake's accusing eyes bore into me, his voice carrying the weight of betrayal as he accused me of stealing his mate. The accusation hung in the air like a dark cloud, and I felt my own anger rising, a primal urge to defend what I believed was rightfully mine.
