I followed them to the meetings they had with the big bosses. Most of the time, I stayed with the receptionists — the friendly ones — to catch up with the news.

It hadn't been up to two months since I left the human world for the pack, but it seemed like ages. Many things had happened, and I almost missed the juiciest part.

In corporations with fierce-looking, hideous receptionists, I would follow them up to meet the director or whoever it was they were meeting. As a business graduate, I attended discussions most times and could smoothen my mates' words whenever I deemed it necessary.

“So, where do you want us to take you?” Mitch asked after the last meeting they had that day. So far, we've visited ten places. Three design companies, a law corporation, three hospitals, a journalist firm, and two production companies.

They lied to me when they said we were only going to a company! Wait until we go home. I will teach them not to lie to me!
