EMILIA POV

“No, wait!” Amery called out to me as I hurried out of the room to figure out if she was telling me the truth about the Omegas being set free.

“Are they still at the quarters?!” I asked her, laughing and running out of the house.

“Yes, but you need to take your bath and get ready first. I don’t want you to go there looking tired. Alpha Lucas is not going to like that!” she yelled behind me, but everything was falling on deaf ears with the amount of happiness that I felt.

I finally got to the quarters and barged in through the front door, where familiar faces stared back at me. All of them had smiles on their faces, and I could tell that it was true – they were free.

I turned to find Lucas standing with them, and it was obvious that he was telling them something before I barged in.
