Jace was exhausted, he had a long day, long week, actually he had a long month, he adopted a little kitten, a little kitten, he wasn't ready to adopt anyone or anything, he's a master and daddy, a common classification, mixed classification became a normal thing.
He didn't mean to adopt her, but he couldn't not adopt her, a doctor in the public hospital, a small thing was hospitalized in, prematurely shifting into Neko, a little who's also half a cat, a human with cat ears and tail.He decided to go and visit his friend, the only person he trusts, Matheo, a fellow daddy dom and doctor, they used to attend the same med school, only parting ways when Jace decided to specialize in Neko, he moved to another state to a hospital specialized in those creatures. Jace could use a night with a friend, he desperately needed a friend, he's flying over to meet with his friend, his only friend, Jace was always a cold-hearted man, he never had any friend, never but Matheo.
"You're going to love them, Molly, they even have a little girl you can play with," Jace tried talking to his kitten who was busy crying in her seat, she woke up from her nap to find that she's strapped in a car seat, away from her dada."Lord helps me," Jace mumbles to himself, Molly has been crying often, she's a real cry baby, but she's his crybaby, he loves her, he adores her blue eyes, her white hair with matching ears and tail. They were almost over his friend place, he makes sure to visit him and his wife at least once a year, but sometimes work get in the way, they are both busy doctors, but luck made it and they both adopted littles in the same time, it was destiny.
"We're here," Jace says in a firm voice trying to intimate his kitten, maybe then she'd quiet down enough for him to get her out of the car. Jace parked the car, and got out, he got the kitten diaper bag on his shoulder, the bottle of champagne he bought his friends to celebrate the littles. Finally, he unstrapped Mollis carefully letting her out of the seat, he set her down on her own feet hoping she could walk while he get the rest of their things.
"Need a hand here?" Matheo voice broke through Molly's sobs.
"Could you pick something?" Jace answers turning back with both hands full."I can take her," Matheo says picking the little kitten up in his arms, putting one hand under her bum, while the other supported her neck."Thanks," Jace says looking at his friend, he looks just like he did back in university, dark hair, pale skin, black eyes, he's beautiful just like he was back in uni."Does she cry often?" Matheo asks, trying to bounce the little kitten a bit, but that was hardly making any difference.
"Only when I'm not holding her," Jace answers honestly."Let's go in then," Matheo says walking back inside the house leading the way."Jace," Callina welcomes her friend into her home, he threw all of the bags next to the door, hugging Callina back, offering her the champagne.
"Where's the little girl?" he asks excitedly about his friend little."Emily, time to come out," Callina calls her little, in the weeks they spent after adopting her, and moving her in, Callina found out that her little is really shy, especially around new people. Once she knew a friend was coming over, she went into hiding mode, Matheo had to drag her out from underneath their bed to get her dressed, but she went back to hiding as soon as he let her go."Take your kitten back, I'll go drag my little over to say hi," Matheo says with a shake of his head, handing Mollis back, and going to search for Emily. She had moved from under the bed to a new place, the closet, it was so smart and sneaky, until her daddy found her and dragged her down.
"This is Emily, this is my good friend Jace and his kitten Mollis," Matheo introduce, while Emily stayed hidden in his neck."Maybe they'll warm up at dinner," Callina says seeing how both littles are being shy, but at least Molly isn't crying anymore. Callina had to admit, she was interested in the little white cat, but she's just a mommy, she didn't have a master in her, she couldn't even wish for a small thing like her, although her heart is longing for her.
Emily was set down against her will in her chair, it's not the worse, it just to boost her up a little, she's a short thing, all littles and kittens are short, they are genetically shorter, mother nature made them short, it's to help them feel smaller, and easier to be babied. Mollis, on the other hand, was kept in her dada's arms, it's easier for him to feed her that way, she's too small for the booster seat, she needs a full-on high chair."Open your mouth," Jace tries to coo at his kitten, but he was tired, it sounded more of an order, Mollis doesn't react well to being yelled at, she gets scared easily, although she loves her dada, if he yells at her, she gets scared. She began to cry, the food he was offering her wasn't her usual food, she only gets soft food, and bottles, he's offering her chicken, but not chicken nuggets. "Nu...nuuu..." Molly says before she starts crying yet again, she cried often, she couldn't help it, she can't manage to get her big side to show again, she
Emily guided the little kitten to the living room, there she had most of her toys, she haven't played with them all, just a couple of them, still too worried about slipping too hard and not coming back. While Mollis was more than happy in her little space, it's the only safe place she knows, along with Jace's embrace. "We can play with stuffies," Emily suggest, she haven't touched those, feeling like they were for way younger littles, she's a big girl, but she knew the kitten was little, in a way it all made sense to play with them now, for Mollis benefit. "Stuffies," Mollis repeated, she was enchanted by the older little who's willing to play with her. "You can chose one," Emily spread the stuffies out for her to choose, back at the apartment with Jace, he got her a few toys, he keep saying he'll buy her new ones, but the tired doctor never found time to actually stack his place with toys for her. These looked more appealing, more colorful, and softer to touch, a rabbit got her ey
"Can the kitten sleep in my bed?" Emily was quick to ask, she's still sleeping in the guest bedroom, not ready to give in yet and move to her designated nursery. "She'll sleep with her daddy," Mathéo turns her down, making her frown. "Maybe I can ask Jace, the girls seem to be getting along, putting them in one room would be easier to keep an eye on them through the night too," Callina steps in when she saw her little frowning, she agrees with her husband, Jace need the rest and Emily is responsible enough to call them in case of emergencies. "Fine, go ask him, I'll change her," Mathéo finally agrees, Emily would be dressed in new pull-ups and a pj, although she hates it, but she'd been wearing pull-ups on daily basis ever since the accident. Mathéo finished tucking her in when Jace joined him with a sleeping Kitten in his arms, she always falls asleep after her bottle, he exchanged the empty bottle for a pacifier. Jace agreed with Callina on placing both girls in one room, it'll
"I don't want to impose," Jace tries to respectfully refuse, he can't stay over his friend place and ask him to help with his kitten. "You're not," Mathéo answer him quickly. "You got your own little you need to take care of," Jace says again. "Emily is in love with the kitten, she even asked me if we can keep her while I was getting tucking her in," Mathéo answer him again. "What about you two, I don't want to third wheel your relationship," Jace says starting to run out of excuses to why he can't stay. "You won't, you're welcome in our bed anytime," Callina says licking her lips, she might be a tiny bit tipsy, she's too light weight when it comes to alcohol. "Callina you don't mean that," Jace says groaning, he haven't had sex in almost a year now, he can't blame that on the kitten, more on his bad bedside manners. "Why not? You told me on my birthday you'd marry me if I ever leave Mathéo, and I know you two used to be a thing, I don't see why not," Callina says, definitely d
Jace woke up sandwiched between Callina and Matheo, he opened his eyes and sighed, last night was too long and eventful. Thankfully both littles have slept through the night, Mollis never sleep through the night, she usually wakes up a few times and cries until he gives her another bottle and bounces her around until she sleeps. He doesn't have a crib for her, too busy to buy one, and those are way too expensive for him to splurge on, especially when the kitten only agrees to sleep in his arms. "She slept through the night," Jace mumble out loud, he felt satisfied, and in peace. "Told you Emily got magic," Callina mumbles, she had a massive headache, she never drinks, she works with high schoolers, the worse kind of kids, if she ever gets to work with a hangover, they'll chew her alive, those judgy little things. She doesn't regret what they did last night, she enjoyed it so much, if it wasn't for her headache and the littles who need attention now, she's definitely would take Jace
"Matheo, you can't make me stay, thank you for yesterday, but that's it, I need to leave, I need to take my kitten and leave," Jace declare, he can't stay here anymore, this was wrong, there's no hope for them, this isn't a relationship, this was a one-night thing. "I'm not making you Jace, only god can you do things you don't want to do," Matheo says with a laugh, he knows his friend all too well. "Then we say our goodbye," Jace says getting out from the bed, picking his clothes up, there things were a mess on the floor, he was hunting for his things but he couldn't find them. "Jace, just hear me out," Matheo says, seeing the other guy struggle with finding any of his clothes. "Can I borrow some of your clothes?" Jace says, he wasn't about to walk naked around the house to get his suitcase, there's little around. "Sure, only if you listen to me first, we can't make you stay, we want you to stay with us, you said it last night," Matheo says trying to sound logical, his friend wan
Callina was done with dressing the little kitten, she moved to her own little, Emily was trying to show her that she's a big girl, trying to show off in front of the kitten. She decided to try and dress herself, but the first obstacle was taking her pj off, Matheo had her dressed in a footie onesie when she objects to those he explained how even big people wear those. Callina owns a few of those for cold nights, he said they could match one day, she couldn't wait. "Let mommy help you," Callina lays her down on the bed against her will, Emily started to fuss and whine wanting to sit back up, but Callina kept a firm hand on keeping her down. "Millie cry?" Mollis asks, she didn't like seeing the other girl crying, she's falling in love with Emily, she even promised to be her big sister. "No Millie isn't crying, are you baby Millie? You won't cry in front of the kitten," Callina says, that got the little one to settle, for now, she doesn't want to look bad in front of the other girl.
"Oh my god Cally, you're..." Matheo says, his wife is lactating, Emily couldn't have pushed her body this far, Emily would throw a million fit before she agrees to nurse, she's not ready, that would only hurt Callina. "I know that, what are we going to do now?" Callina asks, she was shocked, overwhelmed, and afraid, she's afraid of getting rejected by Emily, she knows that girl isn't ready for this. "This isn't a bad thing Cally, your body is reacting to having a little," Jace says not understanding why Callina was sad, or on the verge of tears, her body reacts to her little, her aura reflecting on her mommy's body. "But Emily isn't ready for this," Callina breaks down to tears, her body is betraying her, it's too early for this, it'll take Emily months, if not years for her to be okay with nursing, that made her cry even more. "Oh," Jace says, he saw heard about these situations back in the hospitals, sometimes caregivers try to push their littles into younger headspace, sometime
