17. Kind words

                     Paula's p.o.v

"Paula, you don't have to force yourself to laugh or smile. When things aren't going as you had expected it's okay to be sad. Just as it is okay to cry when you are hurt, it's not a sign of weakness but strength." Adrean whispered.

I wanted to push his hand away, sadly he was right. I was hurting so badly and I needed someone to give me a shoulder to cry on.

I let the tears I was holding back fall. he smiled warmly at me and pulled me in his embrace as I sobbed bitterly.

"It's okay, let it all out." He whispered.

I held his shirt tightly in my grasp and let out the pain I was enduring for too long through my tears.
