Chapter Twenty Seven

  She's gone and it is all my fault. I knew I shouldn't have let her train by herself. I had a feeling all morning that something bad was going to happen and when she told me she wanted a day by herself I should've put in more effort to stop her. We had no clue to where she was or who took her. Everyone was gathered together even the councils while the king gave everyone orders to find her no matter what it took. Here I was regretting not completing the mating bond so I could find her. I knew I should've done it but we both agreed we needed to wait for the perfect time even though there was plenty.

  Ruby and her mate haven't left my side since we found out Lilly was gone. Ruby was freaking out just as much as I was because she feels it was her fault for not being around as much giving someone the opportunity to kidnap Lilly. I was going crazy and it hasn't even been twenty four hours yet. Everyone is a complete mess knowing someone
