Chapter Twenty Three

  I tried to move but I was trapped, I turned my head to see Ryker next to me and our legs were tangled with his arm thrown around me. I went to slip out of his hold and roll out of the bed when his hand gripped my wrist and pulled me back to his chest. 

"Where are you going?" he mumbled sleepily. 

"To the bathroom, I have to get ready for the guests that are arriving today," I replied loving the feeling of being held by him. 

  This time he let me go and I went to shower and get ready. I had a towel wrapped around me when I stepped out of the restroom and headed to my closet. Ryker was still laying in bed with his arms behind his head watching as I walked to get dressed. I grabbed a maroon summer dress and black sandals and got dressed.
