The pack house welcomed us with its bright colors, and I felt a warmth inside that I hadn't felt before. Brad and I settled into our favorite spot in the living room, a comfortable couch where we often discussed pack matters and important decisions, long before he had lost his memory. Seated close to each other, we held on to each other for long minutes at end, looking at each other like it was the first time we had seen each other in a long time.
