Chapter 18

Crystal's screams attracted the attention of some maids and they rushed to her room to inquire what was wrong.

When they got in, they were surprised to see Crystal kneeling on floor and crying her eyes out.

"Ma'am Crystal, what's wrong?" One asked as they ran to her.

"My eyes, my face, it burns, it hurts so badly, help me!" She screamed. "It burns, it burns!" She kept on screaming.

The maids looked at each other as they contemplated on what to do.

"What did you apply on your face ma'am?" One asked.

"Quit the stupid question and help me out here! I only applied my face cream of course." She snapped.

"Face cream." The maid muttered and then she stood up and went to the dressing table, she picked up the face cream which was still left open and she inspects it.

She frowned when she noticed some red tiny particles in it, she couldn't tell for sure what it was, but based on how Crystal was complaining about her eyes burning her, she figured it must be pepper.

The maid rushed back to Crystal
