14. "Going to Mall Together"

Etizia’s POV

I had hoped that venturing into the world of humans would finally reveal my husband's face concealed behind his mask. Yet, Alpha Nox remained adamant, refusing to unveil himself and opting to keep the mask on as we ventured out to the mall.

The car was parked outside, with Dominic already outside waiting for us as Nox and I remained seated in the back.

Feeling uneasy, I stole glances at him.

It will be impossible not to receive stares and whispers from those who will be around us, all curious about this man in the mask.

Thus, I mustered up my courage and took a deep breath before turning my head towards him. With a soft voice, I whispered his name, accompanied by his endearing title, "Alpha Nox."

In response, Nox tilted his head towards me, his gaze fixed upon mine.

"Um, well, you see, we're in the human society. I can't help but wonder if it's safe for you to walk around with a mask covering your face," I nervously expressed.

My heart raced, fearing his potential anger.
