CHAPTER 08

Waking up with a headache for a start, I began looking around to know where exactly I was.

The room I was in looked so familiar to the one I had been in before. It was just like Alpha Leo's abode. The only thing that differentiated the room I was in before and this one was that the curtains here were purple and decked with gold while the former was only plain.

"Wouldn't it be fair to call you a liar?" That deep baritone voice that always set me on edge said and I found myself quickly jerking up.

I stared at him for a while as his figure towered over mine.

His fierce eyes and his tightly thinned-out lips said it all. He was pretty much upset with me or angry still.

"I..." I was trying to make up an excuse but nothing was coming to mind.

But then I reasoned that he wasn't the one who was supposed to be angry. I was supposed to be the angry one. It was my right to ask for an explanation. An explanation as to why he would do such a thing as bring me back here against my will.
