Bree's POV

"There was a fly so... so I smashed it," explained the man with complete face cover.

I just stared at him, confused.

I'm not sure why I had a peculiar feeling about this man, as if he was interested in something other than buying espresso.

"Is there a problem here?" Mike inquires, holding my right shoulder as we wait for the steamed ground coffee.

Even though he was wearing black sunglasses, I could tell he was glaring.

"Oh nothing," I said.

My eyes widened as Mike came in closer to my ears, about to whisper something to me, when the man exclaimed.

"Are you two going to flirt in front of your customers?"

"Pardon?" Mike inquired.

"Stop flirting and get my order right now!"

Mike clinched his fist in anger at the man's mockery. Before things get out of hand, I grab Mike's fist and squeeze it, signaling that I'll take care of him. He then calmed down and went about his work.

"Sorry for the inconvenience, Sir, we hope for your consideration," I apologize.
