" Your timing is horrible," I said to Alex who tried to hide his chuckle but failed miserably.

" I didn't know that you guys were…… his words died down when a low growl rumbled in my chest.

" Sorry," he apologised.

" It's ok. I am frustrated. I don't know where I should start? She still doesn't know that she is my mate and what mate is," I said walking through the hallway that leads to my office.

" then explain everything to her," he suggested.

" like I didn't think about it. I know I have to explain this to her but I don't know how she would take all this. And then hunter he has gone wild after knowing that she is our mate. He demanded to mate and mark her," I explained.

" I don't see any problem here," he said with a confused look on his face. Looking at him in disbelief, I pushed the door of my office open and got in. How have I got so lucky to have him as my beta? I thought in my head. He followed me in, waiting for my answer.

I walked around the oak table and took my seat wi
