Chapter 27 - Daisy

Mayra's POV

I walked out of the apartment after locking it and ran out of society quickly. It was already midnight and I didn’t even know where will I go. I decided to move out of the city.

That way, it would not be easy for him to find me. I walked towards the bus stop and waited for like thirty minutes to get a bus. The bus was having only a few people and I was scared as I was the only female passenger but luckily nothing happened. The bus took me to the main bus station and I glanced at the names of the cities where I can go.

After a long time, I decided on Pune. I took a bus ticket and it was 9 hours bus journey from there. I sat on my seat leaning on the window staring at the people onboarding busses happily. There were families, couples, and even groups of singles happily traveling. I felt like I am the only one traveling alone and with sadness conquered a
