Ryder's POV

"Aria," I muttered as I pushed open Aria's room door and walked in. Closing the door slowly behind me, I turned to search for Aria and was about calling her name when I sighted her. She laid on her bed, arms wrapped around her legs pulled tight to her chest. "Aria," I muttered as I slowly walked up to her bed.

Slowly, Aria turned her head to look at me before sitting up on her bed. "What do you want?" she muttered weakly as she rested her back against the beds headboard, her week gaze still rested on me.

"I just decided to come see you," I said, trying my best to maintain a stoic expression as I grabbed a small chair a few feet from her bed. I placed the chair in front of me and sat down on it, facing Aria. "And I wanted to know how you were doing."

Aria scoffed, shaking her head as she shifted her gaze from me and brought it down to her feet. "And since when did you care about my well-being?" she asked, her tone filled with pain and laced with anger. "Weren't you the o
