Prologue
Often times humanity is said to lie in ones heart. The place where all their love and compasion comes from. It's beats that remind us we are still alive as well as tell those around us we are living too. The part of them that connects them to everyone else around them. It's what seperates them from the monsters, the ones who only look out for themselves. The heart is seen as the most improtant part of a human as it shows what kind of person they are. It is what makes you human.
So what are you do if yours was stolen from you? What do you do when it is ripped from your chest and replaced with a meatal pump? What do you do when all you hear is silence from your own chest every night? To hold tight another human and feel their strong heart beat in their chest while knowing they wont feel yours?
Do you even consider yourself still human? At what point should you stop considering yourself human. For most like her, Partial Techs, they faced those two questions every day of their lives.
Are they still human? How much of themselves can be taken away before they are no longer human? Where is the line drawn between human and Tech? Is it the first installment, or the last? Or is it somewhere inbetween while every part of them that is made of flesh is torn from their bodies?
Aeon didn't know. She didn't know about herself or about her fellow Partial Techs. And she would hate The Aliane for the rest of her life for that. She will kill every soldier she comes across, wheather they be human sourced or Aliane sourced, she will kill them. She will take them down for every one of her Partial Tech brothers and sisters. For every person stolen from their homes and child ripped from their parents arms. For every human who was forced to complete Techmorphasis. And for her, for being the only human whos heart was stolen, for forever beeing half human, for forever not knowing if she should even be considered human.
She will hunt them down for the rest of her life. She will bring them down with her bare hands if she had too. She will make them pay for everything they did to her people and world. She will make sure of it, for she is part of The New Dawn and she will guid humanity through the night as a star till they see the break of day. This she swears, this is her oath she will uphold till the day she died.
And right now, they had a chance in the form of the location of the Core.

It was a really beautiful day. The sky was a perfect blue with just a few clouds dotting the endless skies. It was warm out as it was the midle of summer. Outside the birds chirped to each other while the bees buzzed around the flowering plants. Distent sounds of other humans in the small town were quiet as the house was set further back than the rest. The cage the girl was shoved into was small, but clean. There was no rust or sharp edges on the wire cage. There was nothing at all in the cage except for a thin blanket that separated her skin from the wire mesh. In this cage she could barely stand up, she couldn’t fully stretch out, she could only really only sit with the blanket wrapped around her small shoulders. It was very cold in the facility. Very cold and dark that always reeked of disinfectants. The room she was in was very large with nearly four hundred cages inside. Each cage had a child varying in age from four years to ten. The cages were stacked four high in ten rows of forty. Some of the kids cried in fear or pain. Others screamed in agony or rage. Most were deathly silent, though. A few from actually being dead, stress and failed experimentation doing them in, bodies now waiting to be taken. The young girl was brought into the large lab-like room. It smelled so strongly of chemicals it burned the sensitive nose of the child. The lights were so bright they were blinding. Made especially worse for the girl who spends her time in the dimly lit cage room. Four bodies stood in that room, waiting for her. They strapped her to one of the tables, then strapped three more to the other three tables. Each child is five years old and has yet to be in this room till now. They were strapped down with thick leather belts that prevented them from moving so much as half an inch. It hurt badly, causing bruises to start to form under the straps. Once they had the last child strapped down the Techs got right to work. They started with the last one they strapped down and would work their way down.
