A man stood in the shadows, his dark night eyes glowing evilly and viciously as he stared at his long, sharp, black claws.

He smirked, remembering the people he'd given his black marks.

They were finally going to be of use today.

The man stepped out of the shadows and he exhaled as his face came into view.

Melina yelled angrily as she appeared in front of the great sea that didn't let her powers pass over it.

This was one of the spaces in earth that supernaturals despised the most because of how the sea always held them back from crossing it by using their powers.

They'd have to use a physical way to cross the sea and Melina glared hard at it again. It was going to take a lot of time for her to cross it and what she didn't need at all was to waste time.

But, she had no choice.

No spells or powers she had could supercede that of the sea's. It had existed for a long time and no supernatural still had the power to break the curse a priestess had laid on the sea.
