Hooriya felt cold seeping into her body through her feet which were on something chilly yet she felt her body burning up in heat as if she was thrown in lava.

She tried to open her eyes but her eyelids felt so heavy. There was a delay in her body's response to her nervous system. Her mind was working fast yet her body was taking too long.

A groan of discomfort left her lips as she groggily opened her eyes. She want to scratch her neck, it was parched as if someone had rubbed it with sandpaper. She winced when she tried to move her hands but felt them immobile.
