057 Still you

Mara's Pov

I moved around, carefully taking pictures of the design on display. After I took the last few shots, I took a deep breath and proceeded to review the photos I'd taken, a smile spread across my face as I went through the photos, one after the other.

Satisfied with the pictures I'd taken, I turned to walk back to where Tessa was, but then as I turned, I came face to face with Dylan whose lips turned up in a heart-melting smile as his eyes surveyed me.

I stared at him, his face, and then my eyes strayed.

Gosh, was he built? My mind screamed.

"Dylan" I breathed, my heart slamming wildly in my chest.

"Good to see you Mara, it has been so long" he mouthed, his honeyed voice caressing me.

Indeed, it has. I muttered inwardly

"Have you been standing there– for too long?" I stuttered, trying to form my words.

"Not too long ago, but long enough to know that you're good in what you do" he praised, pointing at my camera.

I flashed him a smile, muttering "Thank you"

He went silent again
