Avery opened her eyes to another marvelous day, snatched out of her dreams by the silvery chirping of the birds, this is her natural alarm. Smiling, she turned to her right in hopes of stealing some more sleep but just then her eyes fell on the clock on the bedside table.
"Oh shit it's 7am already!? I have to open the cafe in an hour!" She pulled off the covers and jumped out of the bed. Avery stripped down her clothes and immediately made her way to the bathroom. Minutes later she was already done and while still securely wrapped in a towel, she decided on her outfit. Though she is not the one to give her outfits much thought, but thanks to her silver hair she had to.
She can't go around wearing colors like bright orange or sunny yellow or patterns that would clash with her hair. The least thing she wanted was to stand out, that too not in a good way.

If you haven't yet, please go and check out my previous book called 'MY SECRET ADMIRER'. The story is going to be partially fantasy and I bet you are going to love the characters. I like my female leads strong and independent and that's what your going to see as the story progress. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the story then please drop a comment.

He is asking for the one who made the blueberry cupcakes." She said signaling towards her with her hand. "Tell him I'm busy." She knows that it's her duty to appear whenever a customer asks to see the chef but she was not lying, this is one of the busiest hours of the day. "Are you kidding me! You have to come! Come on!!!" Tia said and dragged her towards&

I hope I never have to see him again! She kept saying in her head as she kneaded the doughfor donuts, taking out her frustration. Avery was visibly angry and no one wanted to be the way she vent out her anger so no one tried to disturbher. Time passed and she engrossed herself in work so much that she almost forgot why she was angry. "Is Avery here?" Someone poked their head in t
"SOMETIMES," SAID POOH, "THE SMALLEST THING TAKES UP THE MOST ROOM IN YOUR HEART." After that day incident Avery saw Ricardo Cassano everyday in her cafe. He comes at lunch time every day and orders somethingdifferent every time. Even once Tia told her that he was asking how many different recipes she prepares personally. Maybe He like her cooking after all, but after their last conversation she was not really looking forward to talking to him. So instead she sat near her little libraryand read her favoritebook eating her lunch like always.. But today she noticed something different, As she lifted her book and was about to open it, a note fell out of it.She deliberatelypicked it up, it was just a simple white paper decorated with beautiful letters, the handwriting was really pretty. And shedidn't miss the way his charcoal eyes traveldown her body for just a second before they were back on her face again. "It's late, is your ride not here?" As he said she couldn't help but feel defenselessin front of him. "Who told you? It's almost here-" She was about to say but when she looked at her phone again she stopped. Her ride was cancelled. ACTIONS HURT, BUT WORDS PEARSE THE HEART EARLIER Enrico hit his daughter for the first time. There was a mixture of anger, guilt and pity in his eyes... But none could cover for what he did. What was done was done, and he knew that. "Dad...?" Felicia whispered, almost on the brink of tears. Both their faces held surprise, as if both of them still couldn't believe that he hit her. Suddenly Felicia broke in tears and ran back to her room and despite what all she said to her, Avery still felt bad for her step sister. She should have been the one receiving the amount of affection and care that Avery received from her dad. And as soon as the thought hit her mind, it was so hard that it instantly brought a great amount of guilt
I SAW MAGIC IN HIS EYES, DIRTY, DARK, BEAUTIFUL MAGIC... Avery was surprised when she found another note in the same novel. She kept her coffee aside and very carefully took out the note. Excitementflooded her veinsand she was both nervous and excited while she slowly opened the note. She came across the beautiful letters that were arranged to make a line that took her breath away. It said:-“YOUR SMILE, YOUR EYES, THE WAY YOU TALK, THE WAY YOU WALK, I COULD STARE AT YOU FOREVER." Avery was not used to the smile that decorated her face at the moment. She did receivelove before fromher father, but thefeeling had been of guilt, knowing she was not supposed to receivethis love. But this feeling is entirely different. She instantly took out a paper and scribbeled something on it.:- "I NEVER CRAVED ATTENTION, UNTIL I TASTED YOURS." She read it again and kept
"Isn't that line a bit too long!?" Avery said in horror as she saw the 100 meter long line outside the club. "It'll be midnight till we even get a chance to enter!" "Chill dude! You really think I'm gonna let you stand in that line!? Come." Rina said as she stepped out of the car, Avery reluctantly followed. Rina skipped past the line holding my hand directly to the main entrance. Just as she was about to walk in, the bouncer stopped her. "Wait lady, don't you see the line?" He said rudely. "Oh you must be new here Mr....?" She asked and his eyes narrowed. "Eric." He answered, his voice hoarseand thick. "Mr. Eric, you are doing a really good job but you can't stop me because..." Rina said, taking out something from her purse. "I am a VIP member of the club and that means I don't have to stand in the line." She c
Avery's eyes widen when she realised she was blushing. No way you're not blushing Avery! But she was and she very well knew that. Avery turned back quickly to not let him see the effect he had on her. "I can pay for myself, you don't need to do that." She said, giving the bartender her own card. She looked back at Riccardo and immediatelyregretted her decision. He was smirking, the kind that takes your breath away... "What are you doing here?" Avery finally asked not being able to take the awkward silenceanymore. "The same reason as you." He said in his velvety deep voice and Avery face-palmed herself.Of course!Way to go Avery!
