Carmela's voice trembled with emotion as she thanked Pedro, her eyes shining with tears that were about to fall down her eyes.

"Thanks, Pedro. Thank you for bringing me these photos. I appreciate your loyalty and discretion."

She clutched the envelope tightly, the evidence of her husband Max's infidelity with her best friend Nichole burning a hole in her hand. She couldn’t wait to use this information she had just found on Max, and see how he was going to react.

As she turned to leave, Pedro's firm grasp on her arm stopped her. "Carmela, wait," he said, his eyes filled with concern. "What are you going to do with this? You know, with this information?"
