"Ainsley!" I shouted, tearing my throat in the process.
I saw the movement in slow motion. First the dagger fell from her hand, the sound was recorded forever in my head. Her eyes that's full of panic were fixed in Allen Samuel, as if she could only see him. She seemed to be apologising silently just before her body collapsed.
