ELIAS’ POV

I needed to check what could have gone wrong in their chamber, but then, the enemy warriors were many and it seemed as if they were trooping in from somewhere; although, I hadn’t seen anyone of them coming in after that, but it just seemed as if they were multiplying without us knowing.

My mother began to wail and that disturbed. I was really curious to know what could have happened, or what could have been happening at that moment.

Neither did I wanted to shout out to her as I didn’t want to cause more attention on her which would totally be a disaster if more of them found their way into their chamber.

In no time, I was able to get rid of the enemy warriors who were trying to attack me and I ran into my parents’ inner chambers just to find my father lying on the ground, lifelessly.
