Chapter 15: I Want To Watch You Sleep

Later that day, a knock on the door disturbed Valerie from her short nap. She wasn't sleeping, she was just laying and thinking about everything that happened earlier. She really did it, she had sex with that man and he said he would punish her again when she's sober. Her legs still hurt, was he going to have sex with her again? She didn't think she was really for more.

The knock sounded again and her eyes widened. She stood up from the bed and rushed to the door only to meet Haunter.

"I'm sorry, I'm so useless, I couldn't protect you like I promised and that bastard actually touched you" he said with so much exasperation.

Valerie pulled away and looked at his face.

"I'm fine" she muttered and he cupped her cheeks.
