(Alexander’s POV)

After taking a tour of my burned house and giving a few instructions to my head personnel, I went to my cabin. The moment I entered Alaina and Ashley looked at me.

“You are back!” Ashley ran towards me to give a tight hug. We both then walked towards Alaina.

“How are you?” I kissed her forehead and sat in between both of them while they put their heads on my chest.

“What will happen now?...Everyone was giving us side glances, when fire broke out…they have lost trust in us, Alex”.

“I will handle everything and now I am not going anywhere”.

“But that girl?” Ashley looked up at me.

“She has come with me…”.

“What? But why?” Both of them looked at me with shocked faces.

“I know it’s risky but she wanted to come and I was not able to say no” They both didn’t say anything and we all just sat there without further conversation.

After a few hours, they both went to their rooms and I called Evelyn.
