Sam glanced behind her and said, “I brought some alcohol, but it seems like you beat me to it.”

Stephanie frowned and immediately tried to hide it from Sam.

“You don’t need to hide it. If Pedro finds it, just blame it on me,” he said with assurance.

Sam did not like Stephanie cause of her recent actions with Alexander and Maya, but it did not mean he would be hostile to her all the time.

“Why are you here?” Stephanie questioned while eying him with suspicion. “And who told you to get my drink?
