Chapter Twenty Nine

I woke up with a headache from all that crying and I found myself still wrapped up in Chris's arms.

"Morning my crying beauty, how are you Feeling?" Chris said to me while caressing my cheek.

"Still broken hearted but I'm a bit Okay." I replied him although the pain of Caspian's betrayal was still eating me from the inside out.

Chris then touched my chin and made me face him.

"Liar, you know I can take all that pain away in a single beat, all you have to do is just say yes to me. Caspian does not deserve you. I can make you feel better." Chris persuasively whispered in my ear causing those small tingles.

I could feel his lips sending chills and trailing along my neck. I was very tempted to say yes, just so that I could kiss him again and forget about Caspian.

My heart although broken would not let me do such a thing. Although I was starting to feel something for Chris which was adding more to my confusions.
