Darren's POV

My concentration is disturbed today. What happened last night is still spinning in my head. I thought I could think well today because the weather was so sunny. However, the sentence about my uncle taking action if I crossed the line messed things up. I felt the threat of not being able to become the head of the Stuart Family because of Uncle Enrick.

I tried to distract myself by going to the golf course with my friends and acquaintances. But instead of being distracted, I thought about it even harder. I hit the ball a few times, all of which were misses and turned out to be my worst shots so far.

All eyes were on me like they were really disappointed with my game this time. Until one of my friends expressed his disappointment. "Hey, Darren. Come on! Seriously? Why are you playing so badly today? Did something happen?"

"I don't know." Annoyed with myself, I handed the golf club to my assistant. Then, I walked to the lounge chair to sip some water and relax for a while.
