I followed Liam back to the little party our company held at an upscale restaurant. Men were dressed in their finest suits and women their most extravagant dresses. It was a beautiful venue bathed in white with silver sparkles everywhere.

I watched Darrel with heated eyes waiting for the perfect opportunity. I wasn't sure what Liam was planning, but I was sure it ended with death. I couldn't let that happen, but a part of me did. We needed Jax to tame us both.
