Mallory

For a few days, I didn't pay much attention to Andy because I knew he could see what I was doing by simply avoiding him.

Every time he asked me out, I always declined, claiming that I was sleepy or had something important to accomplish.

I'm simply here at our house now, and I'm going to apply for a job at Jania's coffee shop, which I like because Jania is always there.

"Mallory! Are you not going to eat? You're such a child, you're so disrespectful! Eat now because you didn't eat yesterday night or this morning! "Don't kill yourself!" auntie was preaching to me as she stood at the door to my chamber.

"Okay, auntie, let's get down," I replied listlessly as I pushed myself out of bed.

"How little food you eat---"

Auntie's words were cut short when we heard a voice from outside the house; because my brother was outdoors, the person speaking to him was most likely him.

I stood up and went outdoors.

"Get out! Get out!!" When I observed my sister conversing with Margie, I grimaced.
