Chapter~59

IRIS

Finn and I walked down to the nearest cafe. We decided to stay outside because of the scorching sun. After making sure I was seated, he went to the lemonade stand. I was left with my thoughts.

I had witnessed everything that had happened but I was unconscious and scared. Though I saw Finn, Damon, and Anya fighting, I couldn't reach out to them. I thought I'd never wake up but after some days, I was able to get up on my feet. That was when I met Finn talking to the lady. She seemed pretty nice to have brought him cakes. I wished I had a taste of it.

"Here," Finna announced, breaking me from my thoughts.

"Thank you," I smiled and took the glass from him. He sat down while I sipped the juice.

Finn was the only person on my mind when I woke up. I was supposed to be mad at him for what had happened between him and Zaria but I wasn't.

"How are you feeling?" He asked.

"I'm fine, I think so. I don't feel any pain in my head or any part of my body. I think I'm okay." I shrugged.
