Ch. 12 Ares
Ares' P.O.V.
I need to find Jesse. That vision of her has me worried. Something is going on, or is about to happen. I need to help her. I need to let her know I am here for her. I shadow traveled to the dark purple building that housed us darker creatures.
Sebastian was picking up around the room when I emerged. I looked around for Jesse, but it seemed she had already left.
"Hey, did you see where Jesse went off too?" I asked him, startling him a bit.
"For the shadows, Ares!" He scolded. "No, I don't know where she went. Maybe call her?"
He disappeared after that, leaving me in the room by myself.
'Where are you?' I shadow messaged her.
I gave her a few minutes, but she didn't respond. I began to worry, knowing she didn't have a class right now. What was she doing? What's being done

Ares' P.O.V. I'd been scrambling to try and figure out what was happening to Jesse. I know it has something to do with Damon, from the vision I had. I know she doesn't want me to meddle, but knowing she's not okay is eating away at me. I wish she had been more open with me. I'm her brother, I'm here to help her. She's like mom though, stubborn and proud. She won't ask for help. If I offer it, or advise her right now, she'd ignore me, or do the complete opposite of what I say. I sighed, sitting in the library. I was reading books about visions to see how to interpret them better. "Hey, Arie." Gabriel's kind voice snapped my attention out of my book. "I brought a book I thought would help you." He pushed a thick moss-green book with a gold binding towards me. Gabriel always impressed me with his seeing abilities. Most wolf seers weren't this great.

Nova's P.O.V."Thanks for practicing with me." Cal smirked at me, making butterflies fly around in my stomach."Anytime." I smiled back, pushing my hair behind my ear. "Sorry we couldn't practice more."Half way through, or really like a quarter of the way in, I had to switch with Elezen. She couldn't handle Auggie's fire, and the boys refused to even think of being each other's partners. Elezen didn't seem to have any quarrels about the switch either. Jesse's P.O.V.The incessant buzzing of my alarm, woke me in a sour mood. Damon had told me that he would be letting everyone know that we were dating now.
