Stephen laughed while he stood up to give the seat back to Clarke.
“Oh the bosses are here, may we call on Mr. Stephen Blake the CEO of Blake Media, and Ms. Keira Greene your very own CEO”
The emcee of the variety show called the bosses for a quick speech. Keira took a quick glance at Clarke who smiled at her as if he was proud of her, she smiled back.
Stephen held her hand while they went up the stage. Clarke felt a stinging pain in his heart, the truth of their gap in life, in general, is slapping him right in the face as he sees her with Stephen. He shook his head and remembered the past few days he spent with Keira.
He is sure that he is the only one in her heart, it does not matter what others may say as long as what they have is real.
