Chapter 71 - Photo Albums
I picked up the call. "What do you want?"    "Lili! Why are you with Leon! I saw the picture he sent in the group chat."    I looked at Leon after hearing Kyros say that, but he averted his gaze and whistled as if he was not involved.    "Don't tell me! You're going on a date with Leon?! I thought you'll be—"    "Don't jump to conclusions, idiot."   That made Kyros stop. Why does it feel like he's pouting right now? I could definitely imagine the look on his face right now. "Hey, tell him the truth," I told Leon, but he just laughed it off.    "What? Li

Chapter 72 - Kyrara Lizette
I called my father upon arriving at the airport after boarding the plane back home. He told me to wait for our driver to pick me up, and that's what I did. It didn't take long until our driver arrived and took me to the Okami Complex as he should.  "Thank you." I thanked the driver as I got off the car and went towards the Okami Complex's gate. "Why does it feel too quiet?" I opened the gate and walked towards the main door.  I tried to open it by turning the doorknob, but unexpectedly, it was locked. "That's weird." I pulled my keys from my bag and opened the door. The empty living room and silence greeted me. It's weird, but I didn't bother because I don't know if the other tenants have other plans.  That's what I thought, but as soon as I steppe

Chapter 73 - Another Pretty Face
Kyros tilted his head. "You're going to rest now, right? I want to sleep with you." S-So that's what he meant with sleep? I gained back my composure as I nodded. "Fine. Just don't be too loud." Kyros smiled so wide after that.  I told him that I'd be taking a quick bath first since I felt sticky because it was hot outside. It's still the middle of the afternoon, and it's too hot. I should have told Kyros to turn on the air conditioning in my room.  After taking a bath, I was about to go back to my room, but to my surprise, I bumped into Astraea, who looked like she had gotten back from someplace. "Ea? You're back?"  Astraea blushed

Chapter 74 - Dear Diary
My forehead creased. "Tiffany stinks? Do you mean like she didn't take a bath or something close?"    Kyros shook his head. "No. I feel weird about her. Like she's something evil."    After hearing that, my interest in what he was talking about vanished. "You know, you shouldn't be rude to anyone just because you feel weird about them. It's not like Tiffany's doing something bad to you, right?"    This made Kyros nod. "You'll behave now, would you?" He nodded again. "Okay, let's go back now."    The day continued per usual, except for the fact that Tiffany's following me around. It might be because I'm the only one she thinks she could rely on, and it doesn't really bother me that

Chapter 75 - Manager of the Boys' Volleyball Club
"What?"    Mitch pleaded with all his might. "You don't have a club yet, right?    "Uh-huh."    Mitch smiled. "Then join us."    "I didn't join any club because it's troublesome. So, why would I join—"   "Lili!" Mitch cut me off, which made me realize how on edge he was. "Please, just go with us later for the meeting, then decide." He said as if I should do what he wanted.    This causes me to raise an eyebrow. What I hate the most is people telling me what I need to do. Mitch noticed this, and he started pleading nicely again. "Please? We really need a

Chapter 76 - Never-Ending Cycle
The laughs continued until I heard those girls leave the restroom. "Assholes," I muttered as I reached for the toilet paper and wiped the strange liquid covering my face.    When I opened my eyes, I was bewildered after seeing the red paint they poured all over me. "Those jerks! What did I even do to them?" I grunted as I tried to wipe all the paint using the toilet paper, but it wasn't enough. How the hell would I leave like this?    "Those girls are really asking for it." I angrily threw the last toilet paper in the trash bin inside the cubicle. "I've been lenient to their childish actions, but this makes me feel so angry."   Maybe it's due to my period— but who cares?! They still need to be taught some lessons.

Chapter 77 - Great Timing
Would you look at that? I think I'm the unluckiest person in this classroom. Are you fucking kidding me? What great timing is this?  There's nothing I could do but stay still in my seat while waiting for Mr. Aguilar to arrive near me. "Miss Costas? This textbook clearly doesn't belong to you." The cold tone he used caused the atmosphere to turn grim.  Mr. Aguilar trudged to the front while holding onto Mavis's textbook that I had just borrowed.  "Mister Krueger, would you please read the name of this textbook's owner?" He made Jackson stand up, and Jackson, who's wholly terrified, immediately read the name aloud. "Mavis Clair Bolton."

Chapter 78 - Nightmare
The class ended, and I went to the part-time job I got. Ea was the one that introduced me to it, and I'll be interviewed today. "I hope I can start as soon as possible."  Ea patted my back. "I'm sure you'll get it."  We arrived at the cafe. The manager interviewed me, and it wasn't that hard at all. Although I don't have any experience working before, the manager said that we could work on it anyway as long as I do my best.  "I'll be talking with the manager first, okay?" Ea tapped my shoulder. "You should get a drink."  I nodded and did what Ea told me. This cafe's quite far from the academy so I won't be meeting any students there, which is excellent. The atmosphere's relaxing to

Chapter 79 - Unknown
"What do you mean?"  I was surprised because of what Tiffany said. I know that Jade was the last person we saw that came out of the locker room, but it's not right to pinpoint others without proof. Although I'm already doing that inside my head. But that's because they already have a history with things like this. "I mean, she's the only one that came out." She said.  "Let's just—"I sighed. "—keep this a secret between us."  I saw the worries on Tiffany's face, but I reassured her that everything was fine. After what happened yesterday, I don't want to let Kyros know about this one. He'll overreact again and might do a search for those who did this. He might even know who they are just based on the scent. I'll handle this problem indepe

Chapter 80 - There's No Way
Kyril's face heated up and turned red, which made me realize what I had done. "I-I'm sorry." I was about to back away, but Kyril placed both his hands on top of mine and stopped me. "It's fine. I like being touched by you." I was bewildered after hearing Kyril say that with his beet-red face. "If you're trying to remember me, then I'll be happy if you could." He said as he moved away. "I can't wait for that to happen." Kyril went inside the classroom before me. What was that? What did he mean by that? Do I really know him?"What happened to you, Lili?!" Of course, Mavis was more than surprised after seeing my bruises. That was the first thing she said as soon as she got inside the Okami Complex. I was already glad that Miss Kyrary wasn't around when I arrived. Seeing Mavis and Ea looking at me with worry in their eyes makes me feel somewhat guilty. "You can't go to the cafe looking like that," Ea said, which mad
