When I opened my eyes, I felt pain in my neck. I groaned softly and moved to adjust myself because I had an uncomfortable position.  The only thing that came inside my mind after regaining my consciousness was that I was abducted.  I quickly rolled my eyes after recalling what had happened. I stared at the list for a couple of seconds, ensuring that I read the correct name. I stared at him to see if he was joking, but he was wearing an intense expression.   “What do you mean?”  “I liked her since then.” my left brow raised. This man knew Tara? How come? “Are you serious?” I asked, but I calmed myself from shouting. Denver nodded. “So, do you know each other?” he nodded. I remained silent as I observed him. I can see that he’s not lying, and he answered my questions wholeheartedly, but why did Tara say he met with a stranger? Is my friend lying? “I know that it’s hard to believe my words, Ma’am, but we once go to the same University.” I let out a deep sigh. The next day, I woke up while my body was in pain. I screamed silently as I sat up from lying down.
