Summer’s POV “Where is she?” Rayne was going mad when he couldn’t find Elizabeth. She wasn’t anywhere nearby, nor was her scent. “Was she taken? Nathan’s POV Both me and Dawson were letting Summer take control of this whole situation. She was the one who went through the pain and suffering. Physically and emotionally. It was her that was nearly killed. We are simply making sure justice is served. I personally would have taken great pleasure in tearing them all apart and with immediate effect. Summer’s POV I can tell they sought the kid’s advice. The effort they have made is mediocre at best. But I come here frequently with my children. It is our special family spot. It’s something I do with them, so that I get a small amount of peace while they play. It would have been nice to have been taken on a date. Been able to get dressed up. Enjoy a meal cooked by someone else. Maybe even have a dance with someone taller than me. Made me feel special and being told I looked beautiful. I can’t say I wasn’t disappointed because I was. Summer’s POV I could feel them touching me. Their light touches, sending tingles throughout my body. They are trying to wake me up gently. But I am not ready for my day to begin. “Sorry Summer, but we have to get moving,” Dawson says. I can easily tell them apart, whereas others struggle. Nathan has a sterner voice. His hair is a shade darker than Dawson’s and their scents are totally different. Dawson’s skin tone is darker, he is also a bit slimmer. Nathan’s POV We walked back to Summer’s house. She tells us she doesn’t want to stay here at Crystal Lake Pack any longer. As it wouldn’t be her home without us, she felt she had to leave. Which is great. I have already begun making arrangements for them all to move to the palace. I told her we were leaving today. That shocked her. “Our belongings, my house, my job, my friends. I know I don’t want to stay, but we can’t leave today.” She protests, like we are leaving that second. “Evie has already started packing for you all. You can do your job anywhere. Summer’s POV Did we really do that last night? I ask myself as I walk into the bathroom. I turned the light on to get my answer. Yes, yes, we did. I smile as I touch both sides of my neck.
