Chapter 91: The end of... Who?

Beatrice's POV

That woman must be grateful because she left already before I could utter a word. If she stayed, I would have slammed her that she would never have expected. It seems like she was really sure that Tobias would lose this battle. As if I will allow it.

“Come on, Beatrice. Don't think of anything that can ruin the game of Alpha Tobias. Listen to what your husband has been telling you.”

Just before I could find a way on how I am going to interrupt later, Trisha already stopped me. That's when I remember Tobias. He told me to stay in my seat and just allow him to finish the game. However, I just can't stop myself. It's hard to watch him suffer if ever that happened.

“I'm just worried about him, Trish.” I responded. Trisha let out a deep breath before she responded to me.

“I know what you felt right now, Be. But think of it. Think about the actions that you're going to make. Ask yourself if it's good or can make everything worse. Just think about it.”
