Vesta's body stiffened, feeling the pain when the man behind her created a small wound sliced in her neck. She could not help as her hot tears fell.
"Please, I ..." She lost her voice of the fear that engulfed her whole system. Why is she in this situation? If she didn't come here, it wouldn't have happened. Didn’t she know why disaster seemed to follow her, or was she born in mischief? Dizziness swirled in her, legs and knees weakened, any minute, she would lose her consciousness, as her chest in pain.
Memories flood her of the accident flashed in her mind. Tasting death again. Will Zaiden save her? Who is this man threatening not to kill him? What is going on?
"I warn you, if you do, this lady with you will die," said the man with a harsh tone, even gripping hard her jaw. She winced in pain.

When Vesta and Ashley reached the house. It amazed Vesta how there were no changes in the house of Godmother Estella. The euphoria of the past snatched her out of the present.
