“Hmm…actually, there is no problem ma,” I said feigning in annoyance

“Alright, can you go seat beside that guy in earpiece? She asked

What? I cant, I cant seat beside him, I muttered shaking my head as I moved my gaze towards her

“Please ma, cant I just sit in another seat? I asked her silently

“Why? She asked with a frown

I just keep on shaking my head.

 I could not tell her the reasons

Well, alright then, She said and faced the class

“Hey guys, is there any other seat? She asked and I heaved a sigh of relief

“No maam, there isnt, that’s the only empty seat, a guy who looked like the class governor said

“Gosh! Why? I so much hate this guy, I just cant seat beside him, I said silently with a frown on my face

“Young lady, you have no choice, you will get along with him as times goes on, The teacher said

I stared at her and heaved a sigh

I just cannot cope with this idiot of a guy seriously

“He is such an arrogant fellow, I thought angrily

“How I wish these people knew what he did to me this morning, I thought as i keep on frowning.

“Hey young lady, is there any reason behind all this? The teacher asked staring at me in a suspicious look

I heaved a sigh

“I just cant tell her here, there are many students here, I thought again

Suddenly, the electric bell rang for the first period

“Young lady, please kindly go to your seat, it’s time for class. The teacher said hurriedly as she walked to the table

“Ok ma, I stuttered and walked to the direction of the seat

“He is still putting on that stupid earpiece of his, very arrogant fellow, I thought angrily

After some minutes, I got to his front

He did not even behave as if someone is at his front, He just keep on staring at the window

I stared angrily at him and later sat down gently

The class began and I focused

But, there is something I noticed this guy beside me, he doesn’t even have a pen to jot nor a book

He just keep staring at the window and listening to the music’s on his phone

“Well, that’s his business, I thought again and faced the class

Not long after, the lectures ended and the teacher walked out of the classroom.

Immediately, guys from different angles came rushing to where I was seated

“Oh my, baby you look so cute, one of them said smiling at me

Nice meeting you dear.and so on

There were loud noises that I had to close my ears

I could not even breathe well because there were too much beside me

Suddenly, that arrogant guy removed his earpiece and faced my direction

He furrowed his brows before voicing out

“Why the hell are you guys disturbing my peace? He yelled and everyone scattered

I frowned my face and faced him

“We are sorry. The guys chorused and walked back to their seats gently one after the other

We are sorry? Are they scared of him? I thought

I heaved a sigh and faced his direction

Our eyes met and he tried moving his gaze but he suddenly stopped 

He stared at me again and furrowed his brows

“You? he said pointing his hands at me

I stared at him angrily and hissed

“Wait, aren’t you that commoner in the morning? He asked

“Hey, you better watch your words, I’m not a commoner; I said angrily

“Ohh, really, He smirked

I shot him a stare and hissed

“Will you stop that stares, its scary, He said

I scoffed

“Gosh! you are so arrogant, I said to him

“Me? He questioned pointing at himself

Yes, you, I said

“Ohhhh, are you sure about that? He asked again

“Yeah, don’t you know you are? I asked him

“Am I that arrogant? He murmured lowering his gaze

I stared at him shaking my head

“Please tell me, He said in a pleading tone

What? Doesnt he know he is arrogant?”

“Are you serious about this? I asked surprisingly

“Yeah, tell me, am I really arrogant? He asked again

I stared at him wondering if he did not know how he behaves.

“Alright, if you dont know, Ill tell you, you are very arrogant, rude, proud and annoying, I blasted at him

“But I have a question please, I said

“What is that? He asked and suddenly his phone rang

Hey, Miss Commoner, please excuse me, I have to pick this call, He said and I was really angry at the word commoner which he had mentioned again

Gosh! What the heck, Again? I thought with a frown

“Hello mum, He said on the phone

“How are you doing son? She asked

Im fine, he replied

“Why do you call? He asked again

Cant I call to hear my babys voice again? his mum said sweetly but he scoffed instantly

“You wanna hear my voice? Do I look like a baby to you? Mum, you know what, I am matured now, I am no more your pet as you used to call me, so respect yourself mum, He said arrogantly

I moved my gaze towards him instantly with a little frown on my face 

“That’s so rude though, I thought

Son, calm down, do not get me wrong, I, His mum tried saying but he interrupted.

“Bye, he said and hung up

“Gosh! I muttered shaking my head

“Whats wrong with you? He asked

“Nothing is wrong with me, but wait, why are you this rude to your mum? I questioned

Why is that your business? She is my mum, not yours, He said arrogantly and I rolled my eyes 

“Arrogant fellow, I said and stared away

“Me? Arrogant? I said Im not, He stated

Mr. Arrogant, I said you are arrogant, I said back at him

“Hey miss commoner, you better know what you are saying, I said I am not arrogant, He yelled

“Hey, Mr. Arrogant, I know what I am saying, I yelled back

Well, I have no time to waste here with a commoner like you, He said and placed his earpieces back to his ears

“Same here, I have no time to waste with an arrogant fellow like you, I said

Suddenly, he faced me

“What? Mr. Arrogant, I asked trying to get on his nerves.

“See her mouth, remove the dirt on your face, commoner, He said to me

“Dirt? I asked touching my forehead but could not feel any sign of dirt on my head

“Where is it on my face? I asked and he pointed to my cheeks

I touched it but still couldn’t feel any dirt

Gosh! Are you kidding me, I asked angrily

Idiot, he said and placed his earpiece back on his ears

 What? Are you referring to me as an idiot? I asked

Yeah, and so? What are you gonna do? He replied trying to get on my nerves

Immediately, a beautiful girl walked majestically inside the class

She is such a damsel, a very beautiful and sexy lady, I thought to myself

Wow! Arianna, all the guys except this arrogant fellow chorused as she entered

Why is that all the guys in this class are crazy or should I just call them senseless? I thought frowning

I believe girls should be behaving this way, not guys!

“Why are you frowning your face like you have never seen a girl as pretty as she is, He asked

“Hey idiot, did I tell you I am frowning my face because of her pretty face? I asked angrily

“Then why? He asked

Its none of your business, I said and stared away

“You see? I am right, He said

Mr. Arrogant, for your information, you arent, I said

“Alright, now tell me why you are squeezing your face

“Just wondering why all the guys in this class are crazy, I said

You mean all the guys? He asked

“Yeah, plus you, I said

“What? Im crazy too? He asked

“Yeah, I said and stared away

He scuffed and I chuckled silently

“Hello love, I heard a voice from behind and I stared up only to find that pretty lady.

“Who is she referring to as love’? (Paused and moved my gaze towards the jerk beside me) Is it this arrogant jerk? I thought to myself

“Hi, He replied her

“Hmm, I just came to check on you and to see your pretty face, She said to him

Oh my, are they dating? I thought again but surprisingly, I heard him hiss at her

What the heck!

I stared at him surprisingly

What is wrong? Oh maybe they have lovers fight, I thought again

“Please, Scott, I already told you how much I love you, cant just try to love me back please, am I not pretty enough? She stood pleading

I am confused here

Who is trying to beg for love? 

Gosh!

Strange thing happening everywhere

He tried talking but suddenly, his phone rang again

Gosh, I wish to hear what he wanna say, I just hope he doesnt reply arrogantly unless I am going to teach him a lesson he would never forget, I thought to myself
