CHAPTER FOUR

The men began to drag both Evelyn and the driver into the car and Evelyn and the driver tries to struggle out of the men hand but they were too strong, they force them into the car and locked the car.

Evelyn hits the car window pleading but they just laugh at them and one of her men goes to bring out a gallon of petrol inside the car trunk and he pours it on the car and Brianna laughs out hard.

Evelyn and the driver hits the car window so hard trying their best to force the door open in tears.

Brianna opens her palms to one of the men and he brings out a lighter and gives it to her and she turns the lighter on and and throws it on car and the car began to burn while Evelyn and the driver began to scream out so hard.

The groom and his family, the bride family are worried, Brianna mom already crying with people trying to console her that Brianna will be here soon while the car kept burning and Evelyn and the driver crying for help. Brianna ordered the men to push the car into the valley which her men goes to push the car into the valley while the car kept burning, she stood and watch the car burn and she and her men returns into their car and drove off.

Manuel contacts the police that his bride to be is missing, the news is all over the nation that the Stephen heir bride is yet to be at the church.

Brianna Back home.

Brianna smiles watching the news and she has a wine glass in her hand to celebrate the death of Evelyn.

The Valley.

Evelyn stood up and she looks around she looks up and she could see that where she was just too high, she can’t climb to go up, she dosen’t know her way around the valley. She stood in her burnt dress and she thinks back to her wedding, she looks back to the burnt car and the burnt driver and she tries going out of the valley, each time she tries it’s like she is going in circles and she would always return to the main spot until she find a way and she started tracing the path of the valley till she found a way out and she walked a bit until she was able to find a way and she started running , she ran to the airport and the next thing she was dressed in a jeans pant and an off shoulder top weeping and dragging her box with securities leading her out of the airport and suddenly she remember that it’s her wedding day and she walks into their house and she enters into her bedroom and she picks her ATM and rushes out of the bedroom and rushes to pick a cab and goes to the bridal shop and she picks exactly the dress she wore for her wedding and paid for it and she wore it and she ordered a uber that took her to the church while reporters were already outside the church and Manuel was worried, Evelyn mother was still crying and the car parked in front of the church while everywhere was already in chaos and she smiles and pays the uber driver and she steps out of the car in her wedding gown and she stood staring at everyone and all the cameramen focuses on her and her chief bridesmaid walks away from the bride’s mom as she hears murmuring growing loud from outside and she quickly walks in the midst of the camera men and walks forward and she see’s Evelyn and she stood and stare at her and Evelyn smiles at her and she walks towards her and her friend quickly embraces her.

“You scare the hell out of us what happened? Do you know what the time it is? She asks her.

“It’s a long story Lily , I will tell everyone about it but first of all I should get married to my heartrob first” she says.

“The bride is here! The bride is here!! Evelyn parents quickly rushes out and Manuel rushes to her and he stares at her surprisingly and Evelyn quickly rushes to him and embraces him and he places his hand on her back and he whispers to her ear.

“You scare the hell out of me what happened? He asks.

“The driver got lost because there was traffic and he wanted to take another route so I told him to take an alternative route so that we can get here quickly but we got lost in the process but some forestry helped us back to the road” Evelyn says.

Manuel finds her explanation kind of strange because traffic on that route at the time of that day dosen’t happen then he thought again that no one can really say what could happen in a single day.

“where is the driver? He asks.

“I left him there because we got a flat tyre as we kept roaming the wrong route so the forestry helped me out of the forest in their car while he goes to look for a mechanic, I will explain better when we get home at night, I can’t wait for us to be married at least I am here and we should just get married, I promise I will tell you everything at night, let’s get married first” she says and the priest calls from afar.

“can we proceed the bride is here” and the news is all over the internet and T.V that the bride is back and Brianna saw the news pops up on her cellphone as she was scrolling through her phone and her mood change and she quickly open websit and turn on the T.V to where the wedding will be shown live and she sees Manuel waiting for the bride father to bring her and she was surprised to see her and she flashes back to her men pouring a petrol on the car and she throwing a lighter on it and she says to herself.

“My men threw that car down the valley ,I was there to see, she and the driver yelled in pain , so how is it possible for her to survive the burnt car” she says.
