Adrianna’s Pov.

It was a day that mother-in-law fixed for us to go for the wedding shopping, but I had a Favour to ask her.

I was currently waiting for her in the living room, while I was told that she’ll join me in a minute.

Almost immediately, I heard click of heels descending the stairs and I didn’t need any soothsayer to tell me that she was my mother in law.

“Mother,” I started, and she paused to stare at me before flashing me a beautiful smile.

“My darling,” She responded, with curiosity etched on her forehead.

“I have a favour to ask ma,” I stated, with my head bent.

“Go straight to the point,” She said, and I breathed deeply.

I really didn’t know how she’ll feel, but it was my day and not hers—I just hoped that she won’t take it anyhow.

“I’d like to beg you to let me purchase my wedding dress myself,” I said, clutching my hands together in a nervous manner.

“Sure,” She said with a very wide smile on her face.

“Are you okay about that?” I asked breathing deeply, and sh
