Simon smiled dryly. He wanted to engage her in a lengthy conversation and let her know why he didn't agree with her psychology bullshit but he knew it was going to be a very lengthy one that might involve strong arguments. So, he let it slide.

If the conversation had started at home, it would have been his pleasure to indulge her whole heartedly.

"Okay, if this is what you think, then I'm fine with it." He replied. "I feel better hearing your explanation and knowing why you keep pushing me away." He told her.

"Kentley," Tenor called, coming to their table. "Miss Patterson." He nodded at Paige who nodded back in return as a form of greeting as well. "How would you rate our services?" Tenor asked Paige in particular.

Paige flashed him a charming smile. "The food is lovely," she started. "The ambiance is so cozy and royal, I love it all. Kudos to you Tenor, it's a five star rating for me. Your restaurant is warm and welcoming."
