The football game was today, everyone was moving around the hallway. I had Jamaal's jersey on, my black leather jacket was covering it. I made up my mind to remove the jacket when I get to the locker room. I sighted Drew as I walked down the hall way, our eyes met but I looked away ignoring her.
Her eyes were red as if she has been crying, Javier has probably broken her heart, serves her right.
"Damn! Check out the nerd's sneakers." Someone commented, I kept on walking with my head held up high. My Nike sneakers were lovely, even mum fell in love with it at first sight.
I pulled off the jacket immediately I got to the locker room, I could hear loud gasps, murmurs. Can't they manage to be discrete.
