He's Being Controlled

It took Queenie fifteen to make up her mind about returning to Hiltonia. She made a trip to Lucian's room first before discovering he's not around.

She didn't bother checking Lawrence's room which was just opposite Lucian's and headed towards Lucas'.

"Lucas?" She called when she got to his door.

She waited for a few seconds and when she got no response, she raised her hand attempting to knock a second time when the door swung open and he appeared.

Thankfully, she hadn't leaned into the act fully or she'd have tumbled on the floor but she did lose her balance.

"You could've just answered from inside." She sighed and glared at him.

Lucas bit the insides of his mouth and chuckled, "It only took me thirty seconds to answer. What if I had left you for a minute?"

"Trust me, I'd have barged in." She replied and found her way inside his room.

She immediately noticed the papers which were scattered all over his table and his table which was switched on showing a report about a murder.
