I knew she was gone as soon as I saw Jackson's concerned face. That son of a bitch must have threatened her not to call anyone. I had done a background check on Isabella's mother when I had followed her to the old home.

"Get the car," I told him and stood up unrolling my sleeves and buttoned the cuffs.

I reached for my coat that I hung on the wooden stand. I headed for the door after Jackson. We had not even gotten to lift before Natasha sauntered out of it With a determined look etched on her face. Not today.

"We need to talk," She firmly said roughly pushing Jackson out of her way before standing in front of me.

I side stepped her and kept on heading for the elevator. I heard her scoff.

"Wow, this bitch has really got you by the balls," She said.

"You are just upset because you no longer have access to them," I curtly replied as I entered the elevator.

"That was cold," Jackson said as the elevator descended to the ground floor.
