Chapter 11

It had been a week since we lived in the old barn. Angie and I fixed it with the help of Nick and Caleb. Nathan had returned from Luna's house with some furniture. As it was a Japanese food restaurant, there was an oven and a horizontal freezer, but neither worked. Luckily the guys knew a little about engines and stuff so they tried to fix it.

At the entrance where the metal shutter was, they had put the vehicles and further back they installed their exercise equipment that they brought from Luna. They spent their time training, while me, Angie and Nick tried to figure out what the numbers Nick discovered on the USB meant.

I thought of theories of everything but none seemed logical. Thomas thought that maybe my grandmother might know something, that really opened my mind and it was like I had been slapped with reality. If she knew that Beckam was my biological father, maybe that's why she believed that she could protect us better than anyone.
